My team and I specialize in Luxury and investment real estate in Seattle, Madison Park to Columbia City. As for me, I opened my first company on Madison and 27th in 1994, Grand Opening at Rovers.

My entrepreneurial spirit has taken me down a path of many investments, companies, and real estate endeavors since then including development and finance. I've designed kitchens, flipped housed, developed condos, renovated hotels and apartment buildings. Historic and impact real estate are my passion's. As my knowledge grew I became very interested in green building and participated on a PBS special NetZeroEnergyAmerica in which we built a street of dreams quality home with zero utility bill.
