Buying in 10 Easy Steps

Buying a home is a big decision, and you want to make sure you're working with an experienced broker. There are many factors to consider, which is why I've put together a Buyers Guide to help Buyers better understand the process.

There is a lot to think about when you are preparing to purchase a home, and it can be overwhelming. I will guide you through some simple steps throughout the buying process:

1 | Lender pre-approval, preview homes, write offers and negotiate price.
2 | Home inspection if you have not already pre inspected, or used a Seller provided inspection, review and negotiate inspection contingency if you inspected after mutual, order optional home warranty.
3 | Title reviews/updates, appraisal ordered by lender, schedule homeowners’ policy.
4 | Work with lender on final conditions for financing, final commitment letter by lender, final amount needed for closing.
5 | Schedule utility transfer, final walk through, closing.
